A Mutlicam battle belt with suspenders. A battle belt is sometimes used in conjunction with suspenders to better distribute weight. This type of belt set up is often seen in use with special operations forces like Navy SEALs, Air Force Pararescue or Army Special Forces. It is also seen among overt tactical law enforcement entities like SWAT teams or the FBI’s Hostage Rescue Team (HRT). This set up or similar can be seen in use from the late 2000’s to present (2020).

The belt is equipped with low profile suspenders, for use under a plate carrier, a kydex pistol holster and a double pistol magazine pouch.
