HAT/HEADGEAR: Cap, Garrison, Olive Drab
COAT: Coat, Wool Serge, Olive Drab, 18oz.
Insignia: Left Shoulder Division Patch (69th Infantry Division), rank chevrons for Staff Sergeant Grade 3 on both sleeves, 4 gold wartime overseas service bars on lower left sleeve
SHIRT: Shirt, Flannel, Olive Drab, Coat Style, Special; Necktie, Cotton, Mohair, Khaki.
PANTS: Trousers, Wool Serge, Olive Drab, Light Shade, Special
SHOES: Shoes, Low Quarter, Russet Leather.

NOTES: Prior to March 1941 a russet leather garrison belt was worn over the coat. The olive drab wool peaked cap with russet leather visor was no longer issued to enlisted men except special units after 1941. Prior to August 1942 a black necktie was worn with this uniform.
