This armor plate carrier is made by First Choice Armour. First Choice Armour provided this style of armored vest to the Iraqi Police and Army starting around 2005. These have also been seen in use by a variety of insurgent forces, militaries, and police forces, such as the Afghan National Police, in the Middle East as well.
