Info: The M18 smoke grenade was developed in late 1942 and issued in 1943. Since 1943 it served along side the M16 smoke grenade until the 1990s when the M16 smoke grenade had been labeled obsolete and discontinued. The M18 is the standard issued smoke grenade by US forces.
