The United States Army’s standard issued ACH, or Advanced Combat Helmet with a UCP (Universal Camouflage Pattern) helmet cover, “cat eye” helmet band and single hole night vision mount.

This helmet set up is standard from 2004 to about 2010. After 2010, this set up became less common but have been seen in use by US National Guard forces today (2021)
