Info: Designed by Baretta in Italy in 1975, the Baretta 92 replaced the US M1911A1 pistol in 1985 as the M9 service pistol until it was replaced by the Sig Sauer M17 (military variant of the Sig Sauer P320) service pistol in 2017 but the M9 can still be seen in use today with both US and other militaries and law enforcement agencies.
